We have been using EasyTeam Online for a year now. It has revolutionised our booking systems. Every team member has access, so that when approached within the premises they can give accurate information regarding availability and I can see in real time what availability we have when responding to digital enquiries. It means we can respond quicker and more accurately leading to more bookings. Leading up to an event, and on the day itself, each team member can see information regarding the event. This enables them to plan, prepare and execute exactly as the customer requires. This results in positive feedback from patrons and gives confidence to the staff as they know exactly what is required and when. I would highly recommend this service to anyone in the hospitality industry who needs to execute multiple bookings across multiple sites but does not have the time to brief staff personally for every event.

I’m Membership Secretary for Bristol Gig Club and EasyTeam Online works wonderfully. It is easy and intuitive for members to use with full instructions if needed. Chichester Yacht Club is situated in Chichester Marina and has around 2500 members. Many clubs in Chichester Harbour are now using rowing boats and CYC joined them about 2 years ago. The club used a spreadsheet and WhatsApp to book outings in the boats but as the number of rowers and outings grew, the spreadsheet became unwieldy and confusing because rowers would post on WhatsApp and someone had to interpret people’s requirements and distribute the spreadsheet on a very regular basis. We needed something better. We came across a new web based booking system called EasyTeam Online and were offered a free trial for 6 months. In simple terms members login with an email address and password and then have access to all the events on the Team Calendar. They can add themselves to events and changes are reflected immediately so that everyone is kept up to date. A well-trained Administrator helps everyone to get up and running quickly. Administrators set up the events, it's easy to add, change and cancel them. There is a good search facility which allows members to see event and other information between selected dates. CYC has been using EasyTeam Online for 6 months now and it has worked well. We are now paying a subscription fee for use of the platform based on the number of active users. We understand that many more clubs are now using EasyTeam Online and have no hesitation in recommending the platform.
